Job description

The Service Technician II will travel to customer production facilities to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related material handling equipment.

Location: Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to various customer locations as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of crane service technician or industrial electrician experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical and industrial skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in production environments, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency with company phone and computer systems.
• Ability to complete electronic forms promptly.
• Extended hours and holiday work as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk for 95% of the workday.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequent squatting, twisting, reaching, climbing, and bending.
• Push/pull with equipment assistance.
• Good hand/eye coordination and dexterity.
• Depth perception and peripheral vision.
• Ability to hear.
