Qualifications

• Overhead crane experience preferred (2+ years).
• Experience in a steel processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to follow established procedures and make sound decisions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to work night or overnight shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes to move, load, unload, and stage steel materials.
• Perform daily crane and equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Support production, warehouse, and shipping activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work independently or with a team to meet production goals.
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
