Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Crane Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will move and organize foam buns on the production floor, operate an overhead crane, and ensure accurate shipping preparation.

You must be 18+, have good mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate safety, punctuality, and attention to detail. The role includes inventory checks, bun handling, and following procedures to maintain quality and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive shift instructions and identify buns to ship.
• Review bun inventory and determine pull order for shipping.
• Organize and issue buns from storage bays.
• Lift buns with crane, check quality, and place on line.
• Record reclassifications, scan transfers, and maintain housekeeping.
• Follow safe crane procedures and communicate with supervisor.
