Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for the 1st shift to support the assembly of overhead crane units. You will work from blueprints, perform mechanical and electrical assembly, and use precision measuring to 1/16 inch.

This contract-to-hire role is onsite in New Berlin, WI, with overtime opportunities and a stable, clean work environment. You should have 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience, blueprint literacy, and familiarity with hand tools and panel wiring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Assembly.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools and panel wiring.
• Ability to measure with precision to 1/16 of an inch.
• Familiarity with electrical assembly practices.
• General labour experience within an assembly environment.
