JGM is hiring an Experience Overhead Crane/Material Handler (Fabrication) for Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm, with Saturday optional. Move steel, load and unload trucks, and keep production flowing in a hands-on role.

The position supports machine operators by staging materials and maintaining smooth workflows on the shop floor. Ideal candidates bring warehouse or hands-on experience, comfort with physical work, and a safety-first mindset with a willingness to learn equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on work.
• Comfort with physical work, lifting and outdoor tasks.
• Ability to work independently and stay aligned with the team.

Responsibilities

• Move structural steel and materials across the yard and shop.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts, cranes, and equipment.
• Organize, tag, and track materials for production.
• Support machine operators by staging materials and keeping workflows moving.
• Perform basic equipment checks and keep operations running smoothly.
