Job summary

Konecranes is hiring an Industrial Technician to service overhead cranes and hoists at customer sites across the United States. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform inspections, and ensure the highest safety standards while coordinating with customers and account teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 1 year of electrical/mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and work on-site at

Qualifications

• Educational background and hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience are required.
• Some electronics exposure is acceptable; cranes experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for out-of-town work are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer sites.
• Provide on-call service, including after-hours support.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions with safety notifications to customers.
• Stay updated on OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI codes and regulations.
