Responsibilities and Requirements

1. 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc).
2. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
4. Willingness to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel possible.
5. Proficiency in operating company phone and computer.
6. Ability to complete electronic forms in a timely manner.
7. Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
8. Physical Requirements:
   • Stand/walk for 95% of the workday.
   • Lift/Carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
   • Perform squats, twists, reaches, climbs, and bends frequently.
   • Push/pull material with equipment assistance.
   • Good hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity.
   • Depth perception and peripheral vision.
   • Ability to hear.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
• Willing to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel.
• Proficiency with company phone and computer.
• Ability to complete electronic forms promptly.
• Work extended hours and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Stand/walk 95% of the workday.
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Perform physical tasks such as squatting, twisting, reaching, climbing, bending.
  • Push/pull with equipment assistance.
