Responsibilities and Requirements include:
- 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel possible.
- Proficiency in operating company phone and computer, and completing electronic forms promptly.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and on holidays as required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk 95% of the workday.
- Lift/carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
- Perform squats, twists, reaches, climbs, and bends frequently.
- Push/pull material with equipment assistance.
- Good hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity.
- Depth perception, peripheral vision, and hearing ability.

- Work at considerable heights.
- Exposure to hot and cold conditions.
