Responsibilities and Requirements include:

1. 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
2. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
4. Willingness to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel possible.
5. Proficiency in operating company phone and computer, and completing electronic forms promptly.
6. Flexibility to work extended hours and on holidays as required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk 95% of the workday.
• Lift/carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
• Perform squats, twists, reaches, climbs, and bends frequently.
• Push/pull material with equipment assistance.
• Good hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity.
• Depth perception, peripheral vision, and hearing ability.

Working Conditions

• Work at considerable heights.
• Exposure to hot and cold conditions.
