• Coordinating with floor operators and other crane operators for efficient workflow

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Preferred: 1–2 years of overhead cab crane experience
• Strong depth perception, eyesight, and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills and mechanical comprehension
