Horizon Media seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure accurate processing of overhead-related payables. You will code expenses, secure approvals, and support timely payments while maintaining strong relations with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 2–3 years in high-volume AP, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). A customer-service mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and full-cycle AP processes.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems; NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, customer-service approach.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily invoice processing for corporate overhead expenses, securing approvals and coding.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of weekly payment batches (check, ACH, electronic payments).
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, duplicate invoices, or missing information promptly.
