Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to safely move freight between Estes Service Centers across diverse terrain. The role emphasizes adherence to FMCSA regulations, documentation, and professional customer service.

Qualified candidates hold a Class A CDL, HazMat/Tanker/Doubles endorsements, and are able to meet physical demands while maintaining schedules in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class A CDL and completion of FMCSA driving rules.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Service Center and be able to drive safely.
• Compliance with FMCSA rules, safety regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor/trailer to transport freight per FMCSA and company standards.
• Maintain required records and comply with regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Use in-cab technology and logs as required.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
• Adhere to schedules and coordinate with dock personnel.
