Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal educational prerequisites, but ability to read and record necessary information.
• Production and oven operation experience preferred.
• Experience with proofer procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough to ensure proper rising and adjusts parameters as needed.
• Monitors proof box and oven and auxiliary equipment to ensure proper bake and detect malfunctions.
• Follows company policies and safety rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies (EEO, Safety, etc.).
