TDP Bakery in Houston, TX seeks an Oven Operator to join our Bakery Production team. You will assist with oven operations, help ensure fresh, high-quality baked goods are produced safely and efficiently, and support daily production goals.

No experience? We offer training. Must be able to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule with weekend shifts. Join a company delivering Honestly Fresh baked goods nationwide.

Qualifications

• No bakery experience required; training provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States with proper documentation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Weekly pay and overtime eligibility; pay increase opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oven operations in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
• Follow food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
• Assist with preparing, baking, and handling bakery products as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and daily department needs.
• Follow instructions from production leadership and communicate any issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
