Accelerated Focus is always seeking OutSystems Senior Developer's to join our growing team on a remote first basis.This role is ideal for someone who not only brings deep technical expertise but also has direct experience leading development teams and contributing to strategic architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, guide fellow developers, and contribute to architectural decisions, fostering a culture of excellence. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

• Lead major system component design and implementation
• Mentor and guide team members for growth and success
• Define and drive technical roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Make critical decisions on architecture and technology adoption
• Advocate and enforce coding practices and development processes
• Mitigate technical risks and optimize performance
• Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural goals
• Champion innovation and best practices within the team
• Collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Display proactive leadership and ownership in projects
  
  

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To align with our Core Values.
• A natural excitement for technology, developing and delivering customer value.
• A strong technical foundation with 5+ years of development experience, including at least 2–3 years using OutSystems
• Proven team leadership experience in a technical role
• Experience working as part of agile teams.
• Proficient in at least four development languages.
