Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a qualified Payroll Analyst to join our team in the United States. You will manage client payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and support implementation projects for new clients using ADP WFN software.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent client service, and the ability to work under deadlines. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs relevant payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP WFN software and implementation.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses or severance, and reconcile taxes.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
