Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced professional to provide outsourced CFO services to hedge funds and private equity clients in a hybrid Dallas environment.

You will manage financial operations, reporting, and collaborate with auditors, administrators, and service providers, delivering financial analysis and process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4+ years in alt investments, with CPA preferred and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the alternative investment management industry; public accounting a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with auditors, administrators, HR/payroll and other service providers to deliver outsourced CFO services.
• Collaborate with team members and clients on daily operations, financial modeling and adhoc projects.
• Review NAVs, allocations, investor statements, reconciliations and management fee calculations for accuracy.
• Prepare fund and management company financial statements and advise on improvements.
