Job summary

IQ-EQ in the United States seeks an outsourced CFO specialist to support hedge funds and private equity clients, managing financial operations, reporting, and coordination with auditors and service providers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
• 4+ years in the alternative investment management industry; public accounting a plus.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments as a reliable, punctual self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with auditors, administrators, HR/payroll and other service providers to deliver outsourced CFO services.
• Collaborate with team members and clients; provide daily operational support and participate in ad-hoc projects like financial modeling.
• Review NAVs, allocations, investor statements, reconciliations, expense schedules and management fee calculations.
• Prepare fund and management company financial statements; advise on improvements and accounting research.
• Coordinate client onboarding tasks (brokerage/bank accounts) and participate in regular conference calls.
