Arcis Golf is seeking an Outside Services Supervisor for The Woodlands Country Club's Player Course in The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on guest services, staff supervision, and facility maintenance to ensure top-tier experiences for members and guests.

The candidate will manage outside staff, coordinate tee times and related services, and uphold safety and environmental standards while delivering exceptional service on weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Coordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Staff Supervision

• Train and schedule outside service staff.
• Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Equipment and Facilities Maintenance

• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities.
• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of golf carts, range equipment, and practice areas.
• Report any equipment or facility issues to Director of Golf or General Manager.

Inventory Management

• Maintain an inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, such as chemical handling and disposal.
• Address safety concerns promptly and take necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications
