Job summary

Twice in Naples, FL seeks a Club Attendant to deliver exceptional member and guest service. You will assist with cart setup, range operations, and course access for tournaments and daily play, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience on the property.

Responsibilities include maintaining the clubhouse and parking area, educating players on policies, and supporting range and bag drop operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience as a must.
• High-end private club experience is preferred.
• Ability to walk, lift and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work all days including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and guests enthusiastically.
• Assist with upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Help set up and run member tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service to members and guests at all times.
• Keep cart staging/storage neat and orderly.
• Prepare golf carts for play.
• Educate players on course and cart policies, pace of play.
• Perform range maintenance and maintain practice facility inventory.
• Maintain records of members and guests renting clubs.
• Perform other duties as required.

This position includes working with an exceptional team providing exceptional service to members and guests. This includes but is not limited to player set up, carts, golf bag, range, golf course accesability & tournament operations.

Experience Required

• High-end private club experience is preferred


• Ability to do significant walking, lifting, bending and standing


• Ability to work all days of the week including holidays

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and their guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner


• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot


• Assist in the setup and execution of member tournaments and outings


• Provide sincere and courteous service to the memebers and their guests at all times


• Maintain the cart staging/storage area and bag drop in a neat and orderly fashion


• Prepare golf carts for play


• Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play, etc.


• Perform range maintenance in a professional manner: present practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and maintain ball inventory over the course of the day


• Maintain accurate records of members and their guests renting clubs


• Perform other duties as required
