Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

The role targets decision-makers in commercial/industrial properties and requires building a pipeline of opportunities through effective lead generation and proposals. You will be responsible for meeting sales and profit targets, preparing accurate estimates, and maintaining CRM records daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in commercial accounts preferred but not required.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Aggressive hunter with capability to develop new business and meet sales/gross profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of electronic security equipment and services.
• Cultivate sales with building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
