Job summary

Valley View Granite, Inc. in Idaho Falls is looking for an Outside Salesperson to develop new business and nurture relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers. You will help customers find stone solutions, prepare estimates, and guide projects from first contact through closing.

Base salary plus uncapped commission is offered, with typical annual earnings from $40,000 to $100,000+, depending on performance. Must be self-motivated and able to travel the Idaho Falls area.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to learn ERP and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Ability to travel throughout Idaho Falls and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Salesperson, you'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers throughout the Idaho Falls area. You'll meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, prepare estimates, and guide projects from initial contact through the sales process. Your ability to build trust, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience will directly contribute to the continued growth of Valley View Granite.

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need
