Job summary

Point Roofing & Restoration, a Boise-based roofing contractor serving residential and commercial clients in Southwest Idaho, seeks an Outside Sales Team Lead to guide our direct marketing team at events, fairs, festivals and home shows. You will lead Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-onOutside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support.

This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

You’ll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.

  • On-Target Earnings: $47,680 - $77,000 depending on performance
