Job summary

Point Roofing & Restoration, a Boise-based roofing contractor serving residential and commercial clients in Southwest Idaho, seeks an Outside Sales Team Lead to guide our direct marketing team at events, fairs, festivals and home shows. You will lead Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and event environments.
• Basic technology experience with mobile devices, tablets, and industry-specific CRMs.
• Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
• Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
• Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts
• Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts
• Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
• Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
