As an Outside Sales Representative with MFG, you’ll be on the front lines of our Notary Services division, helping local businesses simplify and secure their document processes. Your role is to connect with high-need industries like law firms, funeral homes, and title companies, providing them with unlimited notary services through a premium monthly subscription model. Success in this role means consistently closing new clients, building trust, and owning your territory like a boss.

This position is ideal for self-starters, closers, and community connectors looking to earn aggressively through commission and long-term client relationships. This role directly supports the company’s mission to deliver peace-of-mind financial and operational services to small businesses across Texas.

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, and local networking
  • Present and pitch MFG's Unlimited Notary Subscription Plan to qualified business prospects
  • Close deals and complete basic onboarding paperwork with new clients
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and ensure top-tier customer experience
  • Submit activity reports and signed contracts weekly through CRM
  • Serve as a trusted local representative of MFG’s mission and brand
  • Uphold professionalism when engaging with business owners, executives, and front-line staff
  • Proven ability to sell, persuade, and follow up

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and self-accountability
  • Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation
