Job description

SUMMARY
Natus is seeking a dynamic Moberg CNS Sales Specialist to lead the growth of our cutting-edge Moberg CNS Multi-Modality Neuromonitoring system and Envision software. In this key role, you'll drive adoption of advanced neuromonitoring technologies across ICUs and neurocritical care units nationwide. From clinical demonstrations to high-level strategic selling, you’ll be at the forefront of neuro innovation, building lasting relationships with clinicians and hospital leadership.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Market Expansion
-Sell the Moberg CNS/Envision solution to hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
-Articulate a compelling value proposition to generate new leads, quotes, and customer engagements
-Deliver product demos and presentations to clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders
-Meet or exceed annual sales goals for Moberg CNS/Envision
-Provide critical market and product feedback to sales leadership and product teams
-Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASM) and District Sales Managers (DSM) to maximize market coverage
-Build and nurture key opinion leader (KOL) relationships in ICU and neurology
-Host peer-to-peer and training events to drive awareness and adoption
-Manage the full sales cycle including pipeline development, forecasting, and contract closure

Clinical Education & Adoption
-Become an expert in Moberg CNS/Envision clinical applications
-Guide successful customer onboarding and ongoing clinical adoption
-Troubleshoot workflow solutions to support clinical teams
-Co-develop protocols for multimodal monitoring in critical care settings
-Train sales teams and customers on product usage and workflow integration
-Represent Natus at conferences, trade shows, and professional events

Administrative & Strategic Operations
-Document all activities and pipeline progress in Siebel CRM
-Adhere to all regulatory and quality standards
-Adapt to changing priorities and business needs as required

What We're Looking For

-Bachelor’s degree (MBA or medical qualifications preferred)
-5+ years of successful sales or clinical experience, preferably in ICU, Critical Care, or Neurology settings
-Experience working with clinical technologies or multimodal neuromonitoring preferred
-Strong project management skills for launching new accounts
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills across clinical and executive audiences
-Comfortable working autonomously and in cross-functional teams
-Ability to travel extensively (75%+), including to hospitals and industry events
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (Siebel) preferred

Natus Pay Transparency

We are dedicated to promoting transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The compensation package includes a base salary of $90,000 USD per year with uncapped commissions. Additionally, to support our new hires, we offer a monthly commission guarantee for the first six months of employment.
