Paybility Financial is seeking a Solutions Consultant (Outside Sales) to meet local business owners and present a better way to manage critical services including payments, payroll, and online tools. You will build relationships, close deals, and grow a portfolio with monthly residual income as merchants continue using Paybility’s services.

The role offers high earning potential through commissions, with no base salary, and the freedom to design your own territory and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to speak with business owners confidently.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to spend days meeting businesses in person and build a portfolio.
