Job summary

Paybility is seeking ambitious Solutions Consultants to meet local business owners in person, presenting a range of services from payment processing to marketing and lending solutions. You’ll build a portfolio of clients and earn commissions that recur as merchants continue using Paybility services.

This role is 100% commission-based with no base salary, offering substantial earning potential and advancement opportunities into leadership based on performance and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and business owners.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the workday meeting local businesses in person.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners in person and present a suite of services (payments, payroll, websites, social media, lending, etc.).
• Build a growing client portfolio and close deals to generate recurring residual income.
• Operate in a 100% commission-based structure with no base salary.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive long-term business opportunities.
