Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Richardson, TX. You will engage homeowners to generate sales, explain product benefits, and complete sales documents to enable pest control services. Experience is preferred, and training will be provided.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors are required. The role offers salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential, plus a company vehicle, phone, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred, training provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to support pest control service delivery.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Perform duties outdoors and engage with diverse customers.

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
