Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors is expanding our Denver Trade Sales team, seeking a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and turns conversations into lasting business.

Starting from a home office, you’ll travel to builder sites, meet contractors, and manage your territory while receiving professional training, supporting growth, and earning commissions as you build a robust pipeline in the Denver metro area.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in outside sales, business development, or constructions related sales
• Enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and building genuine connections.
• Like a fast pace, changing priorities, and the excitement of pursuing new opportunities.
• Are persuasive, curious, and confident without being pushy.
• Take initiative, follow through, and enjoy seeing your efforts turn into results.
• Have strong computer skills and are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Can balance working independently with collaborating and learning from others.
• Enjoy being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

Construction knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. If you have sales experience, strong business instincts, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the product knowledge and training.

What You’ll Earn & Enjoy

• $65,000 annual base salary
• $85,000–$90,000 expected first-year total compensation, including commissions
• Performance-based commission opportunities

• Time in field with flexibility of home-office (you will spend 70% of your work week in the field with clients)
