Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive on "the hunt" for new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission), focusing on business-to-business outside sales by expanding existing customer accounts and attracting new ones through promoting our full line of products and services.

A Day in the Life
  • Drive growth in sales, customer base, and profits for NAPA Auto Parts stores
  • Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales strategies and manage leads
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Work with manufacturer reps to enhance program offerings and customer knowledge
  • Engage customers through all of NAPA's eSales programs
  • Conduct seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or outside sales
  • At least 2 years in a customer-focused role, capable of working in a quota-driven environment
  • Basic selling skills, including managing sales calls and closing deals
  • Ability to present in group settings
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
Preferred Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in the Automotive Industry
