Remote Inside Sales Agent

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agent Trainees.

Job Duties

• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products to members.
• Collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data into insurance systems, and respond to all underwriting inquiries.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all insurance policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and systems.
• Contact and follow up on all leads.
• Maintain pre-established rating and information accuracy scores.
• Focus on developing sales abilities and selling insurance policies, handling obstacles and conflicts by multitasking and providing solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a remote position preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong sales drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
