Job Overview

Sansara 24/7 Restoration & Remodeling is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities by visiting residential and commercial properties, developing leads in the field, and representing our brand in person across the local territory. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships face-to-face, thrives on networking and outreach, and is skilled in identifying restoration needs during on-site consultations. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person site visits and walk-throughs with residential and commercial clients to assess restoration needs.
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities through direct field outreach, canvassing, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, adjusters, property managers, and community partners.
  • Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote Sansara's services and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure client needs are properly documented and fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and track all sales activities and pipeline development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, local market activity, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven outside sales experience, preferably in property restoration or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with restoration services across residential, commercial, industrial, and/or government projects is a plus.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and field-based lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and social media marketing is helpful.
  • No construction experience required; restoration industry experience is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, field-based position with a flexible schedule to meet client and project demands.

Work Location:

Local and regional travel throughout Wildwood, MO and surrounding areas. Per diem provided for out-of-town assignments.
