What You’ll Be Doing:

Use a step-by-step phone script to educate clients and recommend insurance products

Provide exceptional virtual customer service and follow-up

Submit applications electronically and manage client info in CRM

Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to grow your skills

What We’re Looking For:

Active life insurance license (required)

Background in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles preferred

Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset

Ability to follow a script and stay organized in a remote environment

Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through
