Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new residential roofing sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners
  • Work closely with insurance companies to find mutually beneficial solutions on storm damaged properties
  • Conduct roof inspections and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Generate estimates, proposals, and follow-ups using company-provided tools.
  • Generate your own sales leads in addition to the leads we provide (generate referral business from yours and company provided leads)
  • Collaborate with project managers and the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and networking opportunities to grow your pipeline.
  • Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in residential construction or roofing.
  • Proven experience with overcoming objections, and closing
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness, and have the ability to conduct roof inspections (training provided, must be comfortable with heights).
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
