Xela Pack is expanding our sales force, and is hiring for the position of Outside Sales Representative.

Xela Pack has been producing environmentally conscious packaging in Saline, MI, since 1987, when we founded this company with the mission of producing the best possible packaging while paying utmost respect to the earth and environment. Since then, we have trailblazed our way as pioneers in the packaging sustainability movement, providing sustainable packaging to industries such as health & beauty, food, dietary supplement, household cleaning and more.

A SUCCESSFUL XELA PACK SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS:

Sales Representatives will be provided with a small customer base and be expected to grow that business. In addition, a large number of prospective clients will be provided, and new leads will be obtained through various methods including trade shows and online marketing. Sales Representatives will also be expected to independently identify, research and contact new companies in various markets as potential customers.

Training will be three days per week for four weeks in office (Saline, MI) and taper down to one day per month over the next few months. Only residents within driving distance to Saline, MI should apply (within 100 max miles suggested).

Xela Pack offers extensive onsite and offsite training, and inside sales support is also provided. Representatives will work out of their home office, and can choose from a salary plus commission or straight commission plan.

Starting salary $55k plus commission, with earning potential up to $100k+.
