Job summary

SitePro Rentals, part of the Sammons family, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our equipment rental business in Northwest Dallas (Justin, Ponder, Argyle, Decatur). You’ll be the face of SitePro, building lasting relationships with customers and guiding them to the right solutions.

You’ll use Salesforce and MS Office to track leads, support campaigns, and close deals. We offer ESOP-style ownership culture, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with your teammates to share leads, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
