Job summary

SitePro Rentals, part of Sammons, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Northeast Dallas area. You’ll build lasting relationships with contractors and fleet managers, expanding market share with our dependable equipment rental solutions.

You’ll collaborate with teammates on campaigns, stay current on market trends, and bring a self-starting, result-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter mindset with solid time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with teammates to share leads, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
