Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in Livermore, CA to close roofing, bathroom remodeling, and siding projects with pre-set appointments. You will educate homeowners, present designs, and provide same-day estimates to finalize the sale in-home.

Expect a 100% commission-based W-2 role with uncapped earnings. OTA earnings range from $150K to $320K+ annually, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, training, and allowances.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
