Northeast Power Dry, a fast-growing restoration company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist in New Jersey. The role involves meeting homeowners at in-home appointments, assessing damage, and presenting restoration solutions to close sales from company-generated leads.

This field-based position requires excellent communication, empathy, and strong closing skills. You will work with production and remediation teams, coordinate with customers and insurers, and maintain thorough documentation.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you'll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required - all leads are company-generated.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• In-home sales experience
• Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience
• Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects
• CRM or project management software experience
