TAC Auction Services is in search of a motivated sales representative to join our team! We are looking for someone who is self motivated and enjoys getting out and finding equipment consignors for our online virtual auctions! This position will be primarily in charge of the state of Florida. Experience in the equipment, transportation, and agriculture industries or in sales is preferred but not required. Understanding of technology and strong communication skills are huge benefits. This position will require in-office training at first but will primarily stay out of office on the road meeting with customers- both buyers and sellers. The person will be expected to be continuously looking for consignments, trade-ins, and buyers both inside and outside of the auction.

Responsibilities:

1. Sign on new accounts
2. Sell services and solutions to customers
3. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
4. Meet sales/consignments targets in auctions each month
5. Continuously set appointments with new and existing customers
6. Provide excellent customer service to existing and potentially new customers

Qualifications:

1. Build and maintain efficient flow of asset inventory into auctions
2. Be able to speak knowledgeably about equipment inventory with customers
3. Be able to think on your feet and have good decision making skills
4. Be able to communicate effectively
5. Experience working in sales, customer service, auctions, and/or equipment/transportation industries
6. Must be willing and capable of making cold calls
7. Bilingual is a plus but not required
8. Must be detail oriented, organized, timely; mindful and cognizant of deadlines
9. Works well with others- Team oriented
10. Self motivated to meet or exceed their targeted goals
