Weather Built Homes LLC is expanding its Sales/Project Specialist team in Washington. The role focuses on roof, siding and window solutions with an aggressive commission-based pay plan and ongoing weekly training.

We provide samples, pre-screened appointments, and dedicated sales tools to help you grow. Experience is welcome but not required; a winning attitude and drive for growth will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential and a strong bonus structure.

Responsibilities

Preparing estimates and proposals to prospective customers.

Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimates.
Closing estimates delivered to customers.
Maintaining proper sales reports.
