Job summary

Weather Built Homes LLC is expanding its Sales/Project Specialist team in Washington. The role focuses on roof, siding and window solutions with an aggressive commission-based pay plan and ongoing weekly training.

We provide samples, pre-screened appointments, and dedicated sales tools to help you grow. Experience is welcome but not required; a winning attitude and drive for growth will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential and a strong bonus structure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and proposals to prospective customers.
• Ensuring accurate estimates, pricing and margins.
• Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following company guidelines.
• Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimates.
• Closing estimates delivered to customers.
• Maintaining proper sales reports.
• Monthly bonuses with paid vacations for top earners.
