Jobot is seeking an Industrial Outside Sales representative to own a territory with guaranteed ramp commission. You will manage and grow an established customer base, develop new accounts and work in the field most of the week, with some time in the branch.

The role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong products/services differentiation. Based in the United States, you will travel within your market to engage with industrial, construction and municipal clients

• Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing accounts.
• Experience selling to industrial, construction, municipal or B2B markets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and closing skills.

This is a field-based Outside Sales Representative opportunity with an existing customer base, repeat business and plenty of room to continue building new accounts. • Participate in industry events, trade associations and local business-development activities

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside, field or territory-based sales experience
• Proven experience developing new business while growing existing customer accounts
• Experience selling into equipment rental, construction, industrial, infrastructure, municipal or similar B2B markets
• Comfortable building relationships through face-to-face customer meetings and jobsite visits
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day without constant supervision
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and closing skills
• CRM experience
• Equipment rental, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, pumps, dewatering, water/wastewater or heavy civil experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
