Jobot is seeking a field-based Industrial Outside Sales Representative in the Elko, NV area. You will manage and grow an established customer base, develop new accounts, and coordinate with engineering and operations to provide rental solutions.

The role emphasizes in-market territory ownership with a guaranteed ramp commission and a competitive base salary, plus benefits. Expect travel within the local market and a balanced branch presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside, field or territory-based sales experience.
• Experience developing new business while growing existing accounts.
• Experience selling into equipment rental, construction, industrial, infrastructure, municipal or similar B2B markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CRM experience.

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business.

• Spend the majority of your week in the field meeting customers, visiting jobsites and identifying opportunities.
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships and revenue within existing customers.

• Prepare pricing, quotes and rental proposals and close new and repeat business.

• Maintain customer activity, opportunities and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Participate in industry events and local business development activities.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

This is a field-based Outside Sales Representative opportunity with an existing customer base, repeat business and plenty of room to continue building new accounts. Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside, field or territory-based sales experience
• Proven experience developing new business while growing existing customer accounts
• Experience selling into equipment rental, construction, industrial, infrastructure, municipal or similar B2B markets
• Comfortable building relationships through face-to-face customer meetings and jobsite visits
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day without constant supervision
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and closing skills
• CRM experience
• Equipment rental, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, pumps, dewatering, water/wastewater or heavy civil experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
