Job summary

IOI Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area. You will meet with business owners and decision makers to present IOI’s automotive marketing services and close deals, taking ownership of the sales process from introduction to revenue recognition.

You will work alongside IOI’s leadership, with training and sales materials provided. This role is commission-only with uncapped earnings and a car allowance, reflecting performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred or 3+ years high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven experience closing deals, ideally at least $30,000 in contract value.
• Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation.

Job description

Commission-only, no base - Just close 4 deals per month to earn $170,000+/ year OTE. After 12 months estimated $26,400+/m recurring monthly.

Uncapped earnings based on sales commissions. Car allowance provided. No base salary offered at this time.

We work with Auto Body shops, Detailers, Car Dealerships, PPF shops, Vehicle Wraps, Window Tints, Clubs and events, and more.

Role Summary

The Outside Sales Representative Role is key for attracting high-value business owners to become clients at IOI. The objective is to meet with new prospects and close deals. You will be working alongside founder of IOI, hitting the pavement together to build up the initial sales momentum.

You will meet with managers, owners, and decision makers, building rapport and asking discovery questions to position IOI as excellent value to the business. You will have all necessary training, insights, and sales materials to close deals.

From these visits you will own the sales process until the client closes into booked revenue. Keeping tracking CRM notes and follow up meetings. Once client closes into booked revenue, you will be paid commission.

Outside of visiting local shops, if interested, you may do conferences and networking meetups as part of out outbound efforts to meet with top clientele. You will work closely with IOI's leadership team on which shops to focus on, sales strategy, proposals, positioning, and closing.

Your Experience & Background

• College Degree preferred or 3+ years high-ticket sales experience


• Proven experience closing deals, ideally at least $30,000 in contract value.

Uncapped earnings, so if you close more deals or higher contract values, you earn more.
