As an Inside Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you will succeed with pre-set appointments, an uncapped salary plus commission, and a supportive team with comprehensive training to elevate your career.

You will report to our Sales Manager and be supported by Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service, Operations, and regional leadership.

What You’ll Contribute

Your responsibilities include:

• Working a rotating schedule with appointments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including Saturdays
• Attending weekly meetings and training workshops
• Leading clients through a personalized, one-call close sales process
• Focusing on warm, pre-confirmed leads—no cold calling required
