• Uncapped commission. $100,000 – $250,000 On Target Earnings (base + uncapped commission). No decelerator, no cliff.
• Uncapped recognition, too. Hit your number and you're on the President's Club trip. This year, that's Hawaii.
• A cycle that moves. Most deals close in 30 to 90 days, so you'll run several at once. The stronger your pipeline, the higher you land in the OTE range.
