Job summary

Sanel NAPA in Barre, Vermont is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our automotive parts business across Central Vermont. You will build relationships with repair shops and customers, visit sites in your territory, and identify solutions that win new business.

The role offers a base salary of $52,000 per year plus uncapped commission, with unlimited earning potential based on performance. You must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed

Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers.
• Visit repair shops, businesses, and customers throughout your territory.
• Recommend the right automotive parts, products, and solutions.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer follow-up.
• Track customer activity in our CRM.
• Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
