Job summary

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our automotive parts business across Central Vermont. You will build relationships with customers, visit shops and businesses, and recommend the right parts to drive sales and territory growth.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently to meet monthly sales goals. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers.
• Visit repair shops, businesses, and customers throughout your territory.
• Recommend the right automotive parts, products, and solutions.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer follow-up.
