Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM *Weekends as needed

Compensation:$23.00 + Commission (1099 Contract Position)
Summary/Objective
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with reliable transportation for the role of Outside Sales Representative at Midwest Distribution. As the face and voice of our company, you will be responsible for promoting our products and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

This job work environment requires traveling from store to store to market our product.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, reaching up and lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40-45 hours per week. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required based on business needs.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position and the work location would be on the road.
Required Education and Experience
A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of marketing or previous sales experience. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and have basic math skills. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required.
Work Authorization
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
